This topic has already caused and will certainly continue to cause much ink to flow. Importantly, we notice in our daily practice that many distribution networks still have a lot of work to do to achieve compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In this master class we will provide a

• legal introduction on ‘client data as the new currency’
• an overview of the practical implications of the GDPR, and
• a checklist / to do list for franchise networks in order to implement a down-up and top-down privacy policy
